Blessing a Bank Customer Service Rep

Our new Head Coach (in soccer terms “National Training Director”), Rochenel, went to a bank to open an account. While he was in line he noticed that the bank employee was not giving very good service and was kind of mean. Finally after a long time he was waited upon.

As he started to talk with the bank employee she noticed his Ambassadors Football shirt and asked what the logo stood for. He explained that he works with a Christian organization that does evangelism though soccer. She all of a sudden perked up and they started to talk about soccer. She says she loved soccer and really liked that AFH worked with schools. After they were done, she said to Rochenel: "Anytime you come in, ask for me. I want to hear more about what you're doing!"
